A cyclical approach to wellbeing—nourishing women through every phase

The Cycle Syncing Half-Day Retreat, created in collaboration with 1% Women, was an intimate gathering designed to support women in deepening their connection to their natural rhythms. The experience began with a cycle-aware yoga session led by Varvara (Simbiosis), followed by a workshop where I guided guests through the foundations of cycle syncing—exploring how nutrition, movement, and lifestyle can be adapted across the different phases of the menstrual cycle to support overall wellbeing. The day continued with a thoughtfully curated snack spread, featuring one supportive snack for each phase of the cycle, each prepared with ingredients aligned to the body’s specific needs. Guests also received wellness-filled goodie bags from our gifting partners. The retreat created a safe, nourishing space for education, exchange, and reconnection with the body’s innate wisdom.
