For Aim’n Sportswear’s running collection launch, I curated a wellness-focused catering experience designed to energize and restore guests before and after their run club session. Inspired by the collection’s color palette, the menu was thoughtfully crafted in matching tones—bringing a cohesive, visually striking element to the event. Each dish balanced nourishment and satisfaction, offering grounding, nutrient-dense options that supported movement, recovery, and sustained energy, while remaining as aesthetically considered as they were functional.
